EVERGREEN LOGO ENTRY

These were my entries on the evergreen logo contest. Sadly, my  designs were eliminated. Using adobe illustrator, I used  a lot of color gradients and a lot of greens on it . On my first design(below), I use a subtle blue green and green combination, inside the logo is a tree vector and I added a curtain-like graphic to balance the design. 

 

On my second design (below) I used a different shade of green, more intense and adding a yellow tint on it. the tree is a little more detailed showing its branches, I also added a grass below to add more depth in the composition. The font is capitalized to give a more mature look and put in a strong emphasis.
